Our articles can be delivered worldwide. We work with DHL; if necessary, other shipping service providers can be used in consultation with our customer service team. In individual cases, the use of other shipping service providers or special shipping methods (e.g. express shipping) may incur costs that are not identical to the shipping costs mentioned below. In these cases, the goods will only be shipped in consultation with the individual customer at the costs incurred in the individual case.

Please note:
In rare cases, two orders may overlap which means tha one item is ordered by two customers at the same time. This can lead to overlaps in our stock and causes a longer delivery time. In any case we will inform you as soon as possible and offer you (if possible) a suitable alternative or inform you about the new delivery time.

Delivery times:

Delivery time: about 5-7 days. The delivery time of goods within Germany is 3 - 5 days, for foreign deliveries within 5 - 10 days after order confirmation.

Note that no delivery is made on Sundays and public holidays. If you have ordered articles with different delivery times, we will ship the goods in a common shipment, unless we have made any deviating agreements with you. In this case the delivery time will be determined according to the article with the longest delivery time you have ordered.
